About
These days I'm usually somewhere in the warmer parts of Asia with a laptop, a carry-on bag, and what some would describe as a clinically concerning obsession with finding the perfect noodle bowl.
I ditched the corporate thing a while back. Now I do freelance content marketing and write Noodles — my Substack about trying to figure out what getting older actually looks like when the normal script stops working.
There have been many ups and downs. Professionally, personally, financially, mentally, physically — and yeah, probably spiritually too if we're going there.
It's been a whole thing.
But somewhere along the way something quietly shifted, and I stopped caring so much about chasing more and started actually noticing what was already good: the health I've still got, long walks, slow mornings, simple routines, a new place to call home every few months, and the genuinely weird little life I somehow stumbled into.
That's the lens.
That's the vibe.
If you made it this far — nice work, most people bail way sooner.
It's where most of my overthinking lives.
Thanks for stopping by.
