👨💻 Here’s what I do.
I help small brands stop overthinking content and start using it more effectively.
A clear voice, simple workflows, and content that feels human and nurturing — not forced.
If you’re wondering what that actually looks like in practice, here’s a quick overview of how I work and who I’m best suited to help.
How I Work
Most of my client work starts the same way: by slowing things down just enough to get clear about what you’re trying to say and why.
Not everything needs a new tactic or more output. Often, what’s missing is clarity — about what you’re trying to say, who it’s for, and how your content is meant to work together.
That’s the lens I bring to every project.
In practice, my work tends to focus on:
Clarity before tactics
Content before channels
Nurture over pressure
Repurposing over constant output
Simple systems that are easy to maintain
A few practical notes about working together:
My standard rate is $100/hour
Ongoing or longer-term work is typically discounted
Most projects start with a small, clearly defined scope
I don’t upsell, lock clients into packages, or pad hours
From there, I usually help in one of two ways: strategy, content creation, or a mix of both
Strategy
You can hire me for strategy when you want help making calmer, more confident decisions about your content.
This is a good fit if things feel scattered, overcomplicated, or harder than they should be — or if you’re unsure what’s actually worth your time and energy.
I help with:
Clarifying your voice, message, and positioning
Deciding what content is worth creating (and what isn’t)
Shaping simple email or content ecosystems
Simplifying existing blogs, websites, or funnels
Creating clear direction you can continue using on your own
Strategy work can be short-term or ongoing, depending on what you need.
Content Creation
You can also hire me to help create the content itself.
This is often a good fit if you know what you want to say, but want support turning ideas into clear, useful content — or if you simply don’t want to do it all yourself.
I help create:
Email marketing
Welcome sequences, newsletters, and low-pressure nurture emailsBlog & long-form content
Foundational posts, guides, and articles designed to hold value over timeWebsites & landing pages
Clear, human copy for homepages, about pages, and simple landing pagesEcommerce content
Product pages, brand storytelling, and supporting content that builds trust
Most content is created with repurposing in mind, so it can support multiple places without feeling repetitive or forced.

Frequently asked questions
How far out are you usually booked?
I’m currently booked through March 2026. 🙏
That said, I’m always open to hearing from potential future clients and having early conversations about how I may be able to help down the road. If you’re planning ahead, feel free to reach out.
How do projects usually start?
Most projects start with a short conversation to understand what you’re working on and what kind of help you’re looking for.
From there, I’ll suggest a simple scope and approach, with no pressure to move forward if it doesn’t feel like the right fit.
Do you work hourly or by project?
I like to be upfront about my hourly rate ($100/hour) so people have a clear sense of costs and can decide whether it aligns.
In practice, most work is billed either as a fixed price for a defined project, or as a recurring weekly payment for ongoing work. Either way, everything is outlined in a signed scope of work before any work begins.
What does a typical scope look like?
Scopes are intentionally kept simple.
That might include:
A defined block of strategy time
Help creating a specific set of content
Ongoing weekly or monthly support
We agree on the scope before starting, and I don’t expand it without checking in first.
How do contracts and payments work?
For all projects, I use a straightforward agreement that outlines scope, rate, and expectations.
My site runs on Squarespace, which allows me to send scopes, contracts, and handle billing in one place if you prefer. Simple and easy.
Nothing complicated or heavy.
Do you offer discounts for long-term work?
Yes. Ongoing or longer-term commitments are usually discounted compared to short-term or one-off projects.
This is intentional, since I prefer working on longer engagements when possible. If you’re looking for ongoing support, we can talk through what makes sense.
What kinds of clients are the best fit?
I tend to work best with small lifestyle or wellness brands, creators and founders, and teams who value clarity, calm growth, and long-term thinking.
If you’re unsure whether it’s a fit, that’s completely fine. That’s exactly what the initial conversation is for.
